Free collection available from our Sheffield warehouse on selected items.

£ 3.95 – Standard Delivery ~ Within 7 working days
£ 5.50 – Standard “Plus” ~ Within 2 – 5 Days
£ 8.50 – Express Delivery – Next working day
Remote surcharge of £ 16 to apply for express delivery, depending on postcode.
1 - 2 day service for remote areas. However please contact us as depending on the size of the order we may be able to service at the £ 8.50 rate.

Overseas prices are based on weight / volume and delivery postcode and are subject to remote area surcharges.
All overseas delivery costs are excluding any local duties or taxes which the receiver is responsible for.
Lead Time
For orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday, we aim to despatch all stock items the same day and make delivery within the timeframe stated above. All orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day, with the following exceptions:
Engraved, Chocolate, Teddies, Cards & Dye-Sub Mugs - will be despatch between 1 - 2 days
Printed & Embroidered – will be despatched between 1-3 days
Ceramic, Candles & Printed Glass – will be despatched between 2-5 days
