Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered ?
A. We have a variety of delivery options available. It also depends on your location. Within the UK, we can deliver to most mainland destinations next working day if this option is selected.
Q. Do you despatch same day ?
A. All orders placed before 13:00 hrs for stocked items (none personalised / production items) will be despatched the same working day. Any orders received after this will be despatched the following working day (Subject to production leadtime if applicable).
Q. We live close to your location, can we collect ?
A. Yes, we do allow collections, however please note all orders must be purchased either via the web site or phoning 01909 564 665 and making debit or credit card payment. We do not accept cash and collection can only be made Monday - Friday from 9am until 4:30 pm.
Q. Why aren't some items available to collect ?
A. Some items are delivered directly from the manufacturer to keep our costs down. These savings are then passed onto our customers in the form of our low prices.
Q. Do you have free delivery ?
A. Yes on selected products we have free standard UK delivery. We have 3 deliveries options within the UK depending on how quickly you require your order. Delivery costs outside the UK are based on weight and destination. To view our delivery costs, click here.
Q. I have added a free delivery item to my shopping bag, but delivery is still being charged ?
A. If your shopping bag also contains items that do not have free delivery, then the whole shopping bag will be charged delivery. Also our free delivery is for standard UK, you may have selected standard 'Plus', next day delivery or a remote / overseas destination, which cost extra.
Q. I am wanting to collect a fancy dress costume from your Sheffield warehouse, but this option isn't available.
A. Some of our costumes are stored and despatched off-site for direct delivery and are not available for immediate collection. We can arrange to have this transferred to us if you give us a call.
Q. I have added items to my shopping bag, but my bag is now empty.
A. Due to our stock management system, items only remain in your shopping bag for a limted period of time (Approximately 1 hour). After this time if the checkout hasn't been completed, the shopping bag is emptied and the items put back into stock.
