Returns
If you are not satisfied with the item, then simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted in sealed condition (or as received if was not in sealed packaging). You must CLEARLY state the reason for return.
The customer must bear the cost of return, with the exception of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items.
Personalised items cannot be returned, with the exception of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items.
The above does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellations
Under the distance selling regulations, order may be cancelled at anytime up to 7 days of receipt.
White Wedding and Party have extended this in line with our returns policy to 14 days.
If your order has been despatched, refund of item will be processed upon return of order. The
refund will include the order cost and any delivery cost (excluding return cost).
If your order has not been despatched, cancellation and refund will be processed within 24 hours of request.
