If you are not satisfied with the item, then simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Goods will only be accepted in sealed condition (or as received if was not in sealed packaging) as despatched and in a re-saleable condition. You must CLEARLY state the reason for return.
The customer must bear the cost of return, with the exception of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied items. Orders with such issues MUST contact us to resolve the issue and do not return the order.
Personalised items cannot be returned.
Any items that are received damaged when returned (including original packaging) will not be refunded in full.

The above does not affect your statutory rights.
All returns must state your order number.
Under the distance selling regulations, order may be cancelled at anytime up to 7 days of receipt.
White Wedding and Party have extended this in line with our returns policy to 14 days.
If your order has been despatched, refund of item will be processed upon return of order. The refund will include the order cost and any delivery cost (excluding return cost).
If your order has not been despatched, cancellation and refund will be processed within 24 hours of request.
Personalised items cannot be cancelled if the item has been put into production.
